hi friends,
this is a special blog made for the people of talwara and talwara lovers,
talwara is a place which is more beautifull than heaven covered with big hills, and rivers, a cool place with lot of peace, also known as mini chandigarh, bt in actually its so much bettter than actual chandigarh.
talwara came into existence , in near about 1960 when the projects of PSEB, BBMB and Punjab irrigation started here, Thin dam (pong dam), mukerian hydel project and kandi canal project were the famous projects here, now all the projects have been completed successfully.
most famous things here are Govt model school in sector 2, and the school is well known for there old teachers, like the famous headmaster bansilal, sir ajit pal singh, ravinder dutt sir, PT master lachman singh,usha
choudhry,master vijay ,master madan lal sharma paramjit madam.
another things are the great canal known as khooni nehar, and Govt . college and apun ka MLA ramesh chander Dogara. DAV school, sarvihatakari school, gyanio diya tikkia, chachu sweets, kesari sweets and chauadary sweets,
dhir book store and sondhi.
so many other things.........
